I mentioned in yesterday’s post a lil’ something bout getting healthy.
Well, I meant it. I want to for all the right and wrong reasons, even the wrong ones are right.
I need to get healthy for me, to live (duh).. to feel good for me and lots of other great reasons…
- Better blood pressure
- Improved heart health
- Lower cholesterol
- Reduce that diabetes risk
- Enhance my sex life
- A better night’s sleep
- Less pain
- Better breathing
- and more energy.
For this or for that… I want to, so I am.
